Sorry to chime in here but the issue is not a dead one until mr.berman addresses the issue......and it is not addressing it by having a chat board alias be his mouth piece......all those issues may very well have been addressed already.....and that would not shock me considering the time frame to comply with those items.........but your post is not an official response to these issues and Mr.Berman could deny ever speaking to you........if you have a copy of his email response to the letter it would benefit the board if you could post it...........I think the board has had enough of people keeping LETTERS SECRET.....TIA
