They were satisfied with my response and I continue to stay compliant with my Reg D filings. So it is a closed book with regard to the routine inquiry. Bleak tried to play in a league he was not capable of playing in and so did BHS."
gentlemen I would have to say this idiot train is off the tracks, we fell for it, and now we are paying the price.
This reinforces the need to confirm all further questionable elements with rsds ceo berman.
Let this be a lesson learned and now we can celebrate knowing blue and his crew were FOS.
Nice to see the nasd is looking into the suspicious trading activity from prior to early march I always maintained there was something fishy going on then, especially in february.
