29tango, I was not implying that because most of SKS's stake is in underwater options that that's a rationale for the options plan...of course not. I have clearly stated I see the need for a re-endowed options pool (only 250K remaining in 1998 plan) and that it's unfortunate management came up with limits that are abnormally high...raises concerns.
I was simply pointing out that most of SKS's stake is held in options. I know there are some among us, perhaps more than a few, who didn't know that. Folks can draw their own conclusions.
