I agree with the restriction part but not the other part. It shouldn't take 3-4 months for the TA to get the shares printed and mailed to either the individual shareholders or their brokerages. It really doesn't matter though because they can't be sold but it would be nice to see them in the account anyway. The restriction can be lifted by the company by filing a registration statement but it is up to their discretion.
