that's just hte cost to file the paperwork. They spent hours doing their investigation and spoke with quite a few people. That is where the cost is, not in the paper filing fee. They wouldn't invest that many hours to a case that has no merit. Even sevu agreed that the reports were wrong. They made a mistake, intentional or not, which cost shareholders money. They should pay for that mistake.
