MMMary..this lawsuit is peanuts!! there were only 1000 shareholders total!! The fee to file the suit was $150.00...so if Sevu settles for $350.00 the lawyers double their money and the shareholders get $50.00 LOL...I would think this is one of the smallest shareholder class action suits ever filed!! Remember only 1% of all these suits go to trial..the rest are tossed out or settled..and when they settle its .05 on the dollar amount lost on the stock...Sevu will be fine...bigbizz
