They don't need to change......just expand. I understand Dell is trying to out do all other coputer companies buy cutting prices to the bone. No one can match them and still make a profit. When asked how Dell does it Michael said we are selling perrefials {?} in large volume to make up for losses on computers. He also said they were looking every where they could at where to make the next buck. Its an extremely competitive market and we will look at expansion into other markets.
China must be the answer!
