Commonsense will tell you that if many, many, millions have gone to build a company that is now worth 3 million, for example the 10 million loss last year, anyone wanting to go into business, should buy an already established company such as this. Since there are no takers, the joke is on us. We are being told that many more millions will be spent to build a company that is worth only 3 million, if only you will put it up. They could buy back all of the shares and sell them to us again and make more money than it seems they are going to make by being in business.
Thus, the pps is falling and staying low because these low numbers out the company as a probable scam.
