If by insiders you are referring to the insiders to trading-the Market Makers who have and continue to daily abuse the Naked Short rule that only benefits them, I agree.

No one else has benefitted no matter what the naysayers here express. Unfortunately the policeman is asleep at the wheel here.

For those who continue to request a contract disbelieving and ignoring the signed 8K by Carlos and Joe...Well, those are the only fraudulent insiders as the SHO list verifies.
