You should read that 8K a little closer. The delay in filing was to allow the Globetel Audit Committee to complete their own internal investigation. It had nothing to do with the SEC investigation other than the SEC investigation triggered the internal review. Globetel stated that they would file as soon as possible following the completion of their investigation.

Since Globetel no longer has an Audit Committee, I assume not much is going on with their internal investigation. If, by chance, the beancounters dropped a completed investigation in the lap of the SEC before resigning en masse, I would think that Globetel would have had to report that fact by now (although after-hours on a Friday is always a good time to release such news).
