the authorized number was updated in 2001, I beleive, since that was the last change. Their corporate record was updated in november 2006. bonedaddy posted a screenshot of the info you have to fork out the 20 bucks for.

I would imagine that if the authorized had changed, they would have updated that number when they updated the records in 2006.
