whether or not Burke was involved in the scam from the beginning will be hashed out in Yucatan's lawsuit, and is pretty much irrelevent to the fact that the fraudulent shares are now out there, and will need to be covered.

If he was involved, he'll be part of the suit. If not, then he won't...
