Basically, we have to get audited financials completed and the proper filings (I believe current 10K and possibly 10Q). This would take 4 - 6 weeks IMO and cost $100K or so based on what I know of another company. Then the application would be sent to the OTCBB and that would take time (another month or more). The move to the Nasdaq requires other factors which you can search on, but that can take 3, 6 months or more (I've been in a company that moved from OTCBB to Nasdaq - it's a slow process).

Let's worry about the OTCBB first.
