If xtms were to get off the pinks and go to the otcbb or nasdaq, is there a major cost to them? Or do they just have to be honest with their books? How quickly could they do this if they decided to make the move?

If they are an honest company as I believe they are, then why not get off the pinks, look what can happen in the pinks..............
