No investor is gonna sink 200 million into a company without getting some type of controlling interest, or gauranteed production. Right now, THERE IS NO PRODUCTION, so there is no gaurantee. For some reason, the best thing since sliced bread can't get a loan to build reactors. If JR is not willing to give up the strings, investors are MUCH less likely to invest their cash into something they can't control. Particularly when the CEO's business credibility is an issue.
