slyhunter I guess the information you seek is inside the business plan still being negotiated. I believe the SEC hit Globetel before the Q3 financial report was due to be filed. Once the Formal Investigation was recieved GlobeTel could not file a financial report, or rather would not file a Financial Report. Please read SOX law and see if you would file that report (sign) knowing all the pieces of the financial puzzle will be sucked up in a tornado.
