Risk. Easy, dude. I have no quibble with the other part of the post, it is known history and fact. It is not an opine on your part, but it is very old news...and dates way back to June of 2006.
The fact we are all wrestling with currently, goes beyond history, and is now based on one fact, historically reported.
This company was supposed to run out of total cash by the end of last year...almost 3 months ago. In fact, it was seeking funds to continue operations back in Sept 2006. (see previous disclosures by new management).
We agree, all fundings of any sort directly to continue operations must be immediately disclosed via an 8K.
Therefore, how in the heck can this company still be alive in almost April 2007, with no funding externally to operations?
