Just recieved email from Tim advising that the move is almost complete. Phones are back up. The email and the website are still down and the website is being rebuilt but will be up and running soon. He is not sure why the email is not up yet.

Now the good news: The 10k........"We will file on time."

Tim apologizes for all of the inconvenience however they are working very hard to turn CBAY as a company around and hopefully the stock will follow.
