GTEM isn't doing this for free. The orignal agreement called for a payment of $5 million for the first buildout. There was some language in the 8K recently filed in which the JV referred to the original agreement. Perhaps GTEM does not believe it needs to pr the receipt of the original monies agreed to, as it was already pr'd.
