Rachelelise,

I don't think there will ever be a "top rung". Services and security will constantly evolve, but TVTonic/WXP is certainly a powerful service. I am glad to see the eTS client-side software progressing from beta to implementation with new beta testing for the server-side applications. Once these move into a release-candidate stage, Wave will have a firm hold of customer relationships. I agree, it seems Wave is getting more and more involved with the customer, and I believe this is a very good thing. More resources will be required to "flavor" services for customers, but the relationship will be more easily fostered and progressed into more complex and beneficial services for each. What Wave does for one customer can easily be applied to another's needs.

Basic economics will dictate the deployment price of eTS client and server applications. If $30 lands 25% of the market, and $20 will get them 50%, $20 will generate more revenue and the price will come down. I've sure Wave has a very good idea of the interest in eTS already from customers (and has booked revenues - I hope). The Intel board is shipping, IBM is shipping, HP is shipping, and NSM will be shipping Q1 along with a number of other OEMs. If the 1.2 specification comes early 2004, Wave will have a sweet 12 months coming.
