is there any reason to be interested in this company?

are there any terms to any deal available?
there was some talk of rand, does tcg rand block big pricing?
there is talk of deals, nsm, intc, is there any indication of the terms of those deals, any at all?

looks like 100m sh. outstanding in the near future.
at a buck that's a billion.
what makes this a billion or 2 billion company?
it looks like there is a bundled cd, is that what this is all about, a bundeled cd is going to be worth billions?
