CIVX has a NSS issue and until we get the official notification from NASD and I believe it will happen probably next week..On that note,all shares are being taken to cover their short positions and is actually quite convenient for us since this is the bottom..Also we were to get a revenue business model acquisition PR the day of the halt..I spoke to the CEO Jerry Janik and he stated that this new acquisition is still on and the particulars with respect to financing this acquisition is from restricted shares.

This pr will come once we return to trading.

So let the folks sell their shares and give the MMs the option to cover their short positions,because in the end it will result in higher gains for us.
