Jim, I've posted this before, but I still believe that it is IDCC's strategy to use the 2G agreement with SONY/ERICY as a litmus test with the arbitrators to determine whether or not SONY/ERICY is, indeed, a contractual trigger for NOK's royalty rates, and that once this is decided in IDCC's favor a 3G agreement with SONY/ERICY will be announced. Neither IDCC or ERICY want to roll the dice on 3G and let NOK somehow permanently wiggle out of its royalty obligations to IDCC.

The dominoes will fall quickly once the arbitration decision is announced, IMO.
