MY THOUGHT.........
IDCC IS WHERE IT IS in the market because of OUR faith and THERE potential....unfortunatley faith and potential are not bankable.

"I have never doubted that IDCC had the goods. Having them and selling them are two different things....selling them and collecting for them are also two different realities. It has been and is NOW time to be signing the deals......not after the show is well on its way. The last few years that Merrit speaks of that were necessary for ground breaking and building are over...its time to open the worlds fair.
IDCC has for several years been plagued with a string of issues that has held it back from true market recognition. It is shrouded in a blanket of contractual secrecy that prevents transparency. Thus much is left up to its credibility and our faith."

We have lost some valuable longs along this journey of faith.
Faith in IDCC has been based on representations and some inuendo....some have come true, some have been delayed, and some remain to be determined. Unlike faith in God our loyalty has a limitations....this concerns me ... as we have lost some valuable longs along the way....we have traveled a long road.
The loss of one valuable true long on this board is significant as it is representative of many of the silent majority.
We renew our faith in this company by turning to each other on this board for understanding,information,news and support....our faith has been challenged and renewed by each other and occasional soft victories by the company.
It is our time.....3g is here...we cannot afford to fall behind the wave...we may have the best surfboard in the world, but if we miss the wave we will lose the ride...

My faith was somewhat restored in the recent CC. I remain
guarded. I like many will be waiting for our new licensee...
The events of this week are less important to me as I
am accepting at face value the representations of mgmt regarding Nokia. I continue to believe that IDCC could not have written a contract so poorly as to allow themselves to
be denied payment....Especially in light of all previous litigation. It's unfortunate but true that ethics and business are not always a given.
