Hmmmm.......

.......as I remember the scenario of "Seven Days in May", which seems to be what Franks was alluding to, wasn't there a problem in that not all the military brass was willing to commit treason ? Do you think they would ? Of course, if the Presidente orders martial law, maybe they would.
