YES. And if Bush not make a serious statement to the effect that Franks has a screw loose what does that tell you about what Bush thinks of the Idea? IMO we are at the end if an era that started with the Marshall plan. Without code Red and suspension of the constitution the Bushies are going to be out of office and in trouble soon. The economy is coming closer to the Cliff every day and we are caught with our pants down in the middle east. Americans need to wake up fast or Franks will get his Military law. City police have been more or less trained as para military forces over the last decade. Unlike Iraq the Bushies are well prepared to enforce code red with all the crowd control skills that have been taught to the urban police.
