last week my boss told me when i come to work tomorrow remember to take my brain.

my doctor had me under-go a brain scan, but he didn't find anything. (he showed me the scan images; they all had the following text, "this image intentionally left blank for this paitent" ????

after reviewing my account consisting of cor, cor, and more cor, my stock broker said i'm out of my mind. is mind related to brain??
