OT - Speaking of synchronicity and the "Twilight Zone", in college there was a guy in the dorm who in the middle of a sentence would stand up, walk over to the phone, put his hand out as if to pick it up, and then within seconds the phone would ring. He would then answer it normally. After several of us saw him do this on numerous occasions, we finally asked him - what the heck was that? How did you KNOW it was going to ring? He said that things like that happened to him all the time. He just had some kind of weird sixth sense. It was very strange, and being scientifically minded I tried to figure it out rationally. But the only conclusion one could draw was that he could indeed sense things beyond what we consider the normal range. I wonder if he ever considered going to Wall St or Las Vegas :o)
