Court procedures dictate there must be a "notice" prior to any motion requesting default judgment.

Next in line is to file a motion with the Judge requesting default judgment!

In other words, there will be one more filing with a future court date and the hearing is when the judge will sign off and grant default judgement.

Of course _ all is IMO
