Markey, not sure if you realize...
but the BBB is probably one of the
most useless agencies in this country.
I have firsthand knowledge.
I picture their employees sleeping
behind the desk, with the phone off
the hook..."or" most likely not even
at the office. I'm not sure they have
figured out how to use the email system,
because I haven't gotten a reply yet.

No problem. It's only been 2 years...LOL

In pennyland, most things are not as they "appear".
