I currently use three things, here they are:

1. Simply put, company says they are not diluting, simply put
2. Share count is updated as of 1/22/07 on company site, which contradicts rumors of dilution with regards to '06 financials
3. Lastly, and probably most important, the good old accumulation/distribution line, which has been on an incline since mid September of last year (in my experience, it dosen't lie, and no offense to anyone here, but that is in definite contrast with many posters on message boards)
