You and a lot of other people if he's been scamming.

Any ideas how to determine if they are diluting?

I'm at the point now that even if he isn't diluting, he's treating the shareholders like crap and that's not the way he has presented himself.
Rememeber his video about caring for the shareholders? Yea, right, thanks for letting us hang out to dry./
