I asked my brother about it too..

He was #3 in one of the largest consulting companies in the world in energy (shall not be named here), but now is independent.

I think his opinion (at least for me), even outweights anybodys view here about how to file or even how to run a business. At least for me.

Besides I doubt any real investor would pay much attention to message boards anyway.

Of all the investors I know, I am the only one who even bothers. But I get on for the comedy more than the investment discussions anyway.


Sharonb, at least on this, your view is a whole lot more accurate than kenco and his ilk.

His socalled accountant should consider retiring, as he is wrong at least in the likelyhood area (not that its not impossible, but very unlikely)
