Phoenix: That is absolutely correct. Small companies trying to save a buck make mistakes using personnel on the books already. They will post things that are pre-mature and later don't happen the way it was expected. This inadvertent information is jumped on by the Basher Brigade as a lie rather than an attempt to inform the investing public of a upcoming event or an event that failed to materialize and was beyond control of the company.

It takes a lot of effort to present the full and correct data.
