Well Buckey, Jim Bishop said it wouldnt be the first time a R/S wasnt published accordingly (correct me if i misquoted Jimmy). I think that we can agree that this is unconfirmed one way or the other - based on the OTCBB site. But again, based on the way this stock was trading Friday, I think its safe to say it sure doesnt look like it has a 250,000,000 O/S.
