Thanks Churak. That make sense. The filings say otherwise and as Jim Bishop says it wouldnt be the first time a R/S occured that the OTCBB didnt record yet. We shall see. This is why everyone needs to do their own DD. Whatever the case, this is a great shell stock play. and the Keating team has incredible success. Blue
