Tall Trader, you bring up a very good point and so I want to be clear here. As far as I and alot of other people can tell, the R/S already took place. However, I encourage everyone to do their own DD and figue it out for themselves. Whether or not the R/S has taken place will not prevent me from ivesting in this shell. I appreciate your views and eveyone should do their own DD. However, it would not be the first time a R/S took place and was not recorded on the OTCBB website. Thanks. BLUE
