Good morning all and hope everything is well with all of the Elitesters on the board. As a side note, my company is not buying Elite, I chuckled when I saw that post but a worthy thought. Sleuth is onto something here as that is the reason why I thought Nasrat was delaying the filing. This patent revolves around particle size and I have a feeling Elite figured a workaround for this patent, which technically extended the patent life out to 2031. I think this is a paragraph IV filing challenging the findings of a specific particle size is needed for product bioavailability in the body. Just my guess but this is what I was hoping for them delaying and I am guessing obtaining legal counsel and patent opinion from a patent attorney. Either way exciting times ahead and I think there is more to what we are seeing and hearing. Silence can be deafening and frustrating, but it can also be "Golden". Cheers to all.
