new filings the last 9 days ( i posted one at the bottom of my post ) at DKME show changes in largest shareholder filings on the 20th and 29th and more filings in between. I posted part of one below ...Deokyang Energen Co., Ltd is still involved but some changes regarding Wolf Co ltd it looks like ..Havnt really looked at all of the filings but i saw a : Jeongmin Lee Related parties of the largest shareholder after change - - 313,300 0.59 -
Minseok Kim Related parties of the largest shareholder after change - - 53,019 0.10 - Our Kim CFO at Coretec is Kim InSeok ...No proof here they are related to the people in the filings or if they are that Coretec could be involved again someday ???? Just thought it was interesting...

Who is Wolf co ltd . The rep named in the filing is Sang Chan Lee who has a linkedin acct showing he is with Wolf co ltd. What kind of business do they do ?
There external audit ( for the Wolf co ltd / DKME deal according to the filing was done by Jeongyeon accounting Corp whose CEO is a "Seok Kim" but it may not be CRTGs InSeok Kim as hes called in some filings . Its a common name in Korea. Maybe not related and perhaps means nothing as CRTG is no longer the largest shareholder at DKME but its something that comes up in searches while we wait for an update .
