Although I’m not fully convinced by your theory, I unfortunately have to agree with you, as I mentioned before. This dilution could indeed be coming from convertibles, because the volume suddenly jumped to over 7 million shares while the price dropped. Then, in the following days, the dilution count was updated and the price slowly started to recover.
