If approval was in doubt, I hardly think that LP would be buying Advent, establishing a leukapheresis center, etc. If she wasn't sure, I believe she'd have used Dr. Liau's findings and started one or more new trials using Poly-ICLC and/or Keytruda in addition to DCVax-L in GBM and perhaps pancreatic, or a variety of other solid cancers. Those trials will be following approval when they're easier to fund and perhaps will have co-sponsors.

I don't believe that LP has any doubt about approval, she may not yet know for exactly what or if there are conditions that ultimately will have to be met, but she's certain it will happen. I believe much the same about the EDEN, she knows it will eventually be approved, but she doesn't know how much longer it will take.
