You don't seem it is severely restricted and only accepts unsolicited Quotes Only.

The 15c2-11 was changed so the SEC shutdown shell hijacking in September of 2021.

But you have never been able to understand no more piggyback exemptions.

No one is going to acquire a shell if a 211 hasn't been filed.

So SRNW is on the Expert market and listed as Dark or Defunct and has always been a shell.

But you are still pumping away.
