I don't think the financier requirement makes sense. The same "friendlies" finance lots of cash-starved OTC stocks, and would be using that approach widely instead of just at nwbo.

Shares are loaned for short selling, not options or warrants.

Last 10-Q says 91m of 92m warrants blocked, which means Les's are still blocked.
