IMO there will be no buyout offer taken and a partnership will not be finalized well into the upcoming P3 trial and maybe not until approval. Anavex has the necessary cash to fund a P3 so no help needed there. The CEO and the BOD knows the potential value of the ABClear2 and 3 if it is replicated. The issue is that no BP will pay that future value in advance or even close to it. No one imo will make a compelling offer in the interim to sway them otherwise. Focus on righting the ship which means coordinating the design of the P3 with input from the regulatory agencies. Communicate clearly with the investment community demonstrating proper execution to install confidence. To accept a low ball offer demonstrates no confidence in the therapeutic value of 2-73 and with cash on hand they have the opportunity to put them in a position to negotiate with strength if they execute properly. Face the facts and just realize this will take around 3 years to get this done. The ball is in Kellemeyer's hands. Now I want to hear her plan going forward and to hear much better communcations.
