The hold happened in 2015 and insiders have not been buying since a little before and then ever since after that. This is not a coincidence in my opinion. The reason for the hold has never been disclosed by NWBO and I have shared the reasons I believe why this is the case multiple times on this board which I also believe helps explain company silence.
