In 2025 Dr Bal and the entire board stepped down which looks suspicious in of itself. However I am highly confident Sintx kept paying Dr Bal for his research as he was a key scientist for them before becoming CEO. Note that the research agreement was established the same quarter that Dr Bal stepped down from the board.

During the three months ended June 30, 2025, the Company entered into a Research Collaboration Agreement (“Research Agreement”) with a company that is majority owned by a shareholder of the Company. The Company paid $500,000 to fund the Research Agreement.

Also, of interest, is Sintx is suing Dr Bock for likely revealing trade secrets. I havent seen the actual details, just blurbs. Dr Ryan Bock, PHD was CTO of Sintx. I wonder if he revealed some trade secrets to Ned Medical as he was on their scientific board. Wouldnt be surprised if they did this on purpose and the lawsuit is a ruse for appearance sake.
