In announcing both an available production facility in the UK and a site in the US, I believe the company is saying that it won't be that much longer before the EDEN will be available to occupy these sites. I can't say if it will be fully qualified for commercial production, or if that's where it will be tested. My point is, they're getting ready to go.
The company has said that announcements will come after approval, so while sites have been found, formal contracts won't come until after approval for the use of those sites. I think the US site is particularly interesting as it would appear to indicate that US approval is anticipated in the not-too-distant future.
With new trials starting after UK approval, I wonder if these sites can supply trial material while being certified for commercial production and if the vaccine for trials can provide the means for certifying the EDEN's.
