Xenotime.....knew it was a rare earth mineral, but not quite sure whether it was a silicate or phosphate. I guessed phosphate and then googled it, was correct! I have never run into it in the wild, but not too many rare earth occurrences in Arizona. I might have seen it in Ontario on a trip a long time ago to look at Grenville Marble outcrops, lots of odd stuff in that formation including betafite which has lots of radioactives, maybe some REE in its structure as well.

5 million oz of gold can be achieved if they extend the cutoff grade down to 0.3 g/ton, right? The pit would be on the large size. Start digging, ignore those pesky tortoises!
