Opinions will always differ, and that’s normal. We all come here to share views, debate, and sometimes argue. But constantly calling someone a “FUDster” instead of discussing the actual topic serves no purpose.
When someone is expressing frustration on management, responding only with labels and accusations adds nothing meaningful to the conversation.
I don’t know about you, but when people keep doing that, I simply ignore them.
As the saying goes: you may squeeze sand hoping for oil, or chase a mirage hoping for water, but you can’t change a foolish mind.
