You have to click on the order documents tab and then order the latest filing which shows national resigned on May 18th 2026. The filing is only 11.00 dollars to have it sent to your email. You just click on certified and choose which filings you want them to send you and pay after its sent .

I confirmed all of this with a call to National who said they are no longer Coretecs Registered Agent but if back fee's owed ( for 2025 and 2026) are payed then a company can reapply again with National . I told the person upfront i was NOT with Coretec so i was a bit surprised they told me they were past due on their payments . I just called to ask some basic questions and asked about the public filing with the Okla Sec of State by National and could they tell me what that exactly meant for Coretec .
